Building Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced building maintenance technician to execute daily maintenance of our entire facility. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnostics, electrical, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, grounds, and maintenance equipment. This position will also support the grounds team as necessary.

Qualifications:

College degree or vocational certificate preferred.

5+ years of related experience in a commercial setting.

Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanicals, painting, plumbing, carpentry.

Ability to multi-task and produce quality results with a sense of urgency.

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all internal staff and external vendors.
