PRN MRI Technologist

Job Summary

The MRI technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures for interpretation by, or at the request of, a licensed practitioner. They also provide appropriate patient care and recognize patients' conditions essential for the successful completion of the procedure. The MRI technician reports to the office manager of Blue Star Imaging.

Qualifications:

Certification from a school of Radiologic Technology.

Minimum one-year clinical experience as a general radiographer.

Minimum one-year clinical experience in MRI.

Willingness to cross train in other modalities.

Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
