Director of Football Operations

Job Summary

Managing the football office's operations, including the operating budget, team travel, quality control, NCAA compliance, and recruiting-related matters. Hires, trains, supervises, and mentors team managers, interns, and video staff. Designs video/graphic content for social media strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of combined experience in collegiate football playing, collegiate coaching, or athletic department administration experience.
• Evening and weekend work necessary.
• Student experience will be considered.
• Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Football Conference, and the University.
• Division I or II administrative experience preferred.
