Director of Sport Psychology

Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading the mental health and performance support of Texas Tech Athletics student-athletes, coaches, teams, and staff. They will oversee identified sport psychology staff members and coordinate the training program.

They will provide clinical mental health support to student-athletes within an integrated primary care mental health setting. They will be instrumental in supporting organizational health through educational training and awareness initiatives.
