Job Summary

This position offers comprehensive support to ticket operations and sales departments, involving ticketing, sales, and business intelligence functions. Responsibilities include managing ticket operations for specific sports, event planning, pricing analysis, football game day support.

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or a combination of related education and work experience to equal at least 4 years
Experience with Paciolan or similar ticketing system.
Experience supervising ticket operations for collegiate sporting events.
Experience transitioning to and maintaining digital ticketing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
