Job Summary
This position is responsible for the daily operations of the Health & Recreation Complex, including fitness areas, facility reservations, locker room management, member services, and supervision of student staff.
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversight of the HRC includes managing all customer service, maintenance, staffing, training, scheduling, and equipment purchasing
Recruit, hire, train and supervise HRC building staff of ~50 student employees
Serve as administrator of Fusion facility and membership software
Contribute to capital and preventive maintenance planning for the HRC
Serve as liaison to University Operations in identifying building and equipment repairs to keep the HRC a safe and well-maintained facility
