Senior Associate Coaching Director

Job Summary

The Senior Associate Director of Coaching for the Fulltime MBA Program will report to the Director of Coaching & Career Education for the FT MBA Program. This position manages coaching for approximately 1,600 full-time MBA students, including entering first and second year students in the full-time program.

Qualifications:

1. Successful completion of a full course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a master's or higher degree.
2. 5 years' career coaching in higher education or 5 years of industry experience; or other relevant experience required.
3. Proficient with technology and its application.
4. Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in career services, recruiting, and/or a related field.
5. Technical proficiency with database systems and Microsoft Office.
