Job Summary
Facility Manager: direct, supervise, manage, and evaluate the Engineering and Operations team in their essential duties, ensuring the quality of services delivered to clients meets and exceeds our standards and contractual obligations. In accordance with established guidelines and procedures, provide for the timely and efficient training of engineering and operations personnel, coordinated with the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from a 4- year college in an Engineering discipline or related field (Engineering trade school).
Ability to work various workdays and hours to meet business needs including early/late hours, long days, weekends and holidays. Must be reliable and punctual.
HVAC Certification and/or Electrical License preferred. Must have or be able to get the following: CPR, First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogen, AED, Forklift Certification.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
