Job Summary
The Executive Director's Office is responsible for managing the $100 million travel and meeting planning budget for 90 championships. The role also serves as a liaison for transportation, meeting, and event providers. Assist with the management of the association's $100 million travel budget, including communications with the staff, membership, and official travel agency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
5 years experience in a travel and/or events field.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in high-stress situations while effectively prioritizing tasks.
Able to interpret policy and apply equitably across all sports and all divisions.
A team player who is diligent, accountable, pays close attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality.
