Assist. Ice Hockey Coach

Job Summary

This position oversees full time Assistant Coaches and a Director of Baseball Operations, and is responsible for the overall management and performance of the baseball program including but not limited to: the recruitment and training of student-athletes, strategic game scheduling and management, student-athlete development, travel coordination, fundraising, budget management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred.
2. Degree(s) in physical education, kinesiology, education, or related field preferred.
3. A minimum of four years combined ice hockey playing and/or coaching experience at the college-level required.
4. Strong potential to teach, lead and counsel college student-athletes and have enthusiasm for the recruiting duties of the position.
5. NCAA Division III philosophy and mission of collete athletics.
